When the first member of the Hybrid-Network signed his forms on that day in 2002 he explained his simple need to founder Charlie Palmer: he wanted to exit his current adviser firm & get up and running as an independent financial adviser firm and Financial were in a position to apply directly to the regulator.Several adviser firms joined and then, the defining moment of our Network approached... All our members began to ring up to chase their commission. We realised then that the only way forward was to work on fees only and get the adviser commissions paid direct to the member.
