A.B. Systems, Inc. is an employee-owned (ESOP) design/build construction company headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota. A.B. Systems was incorporated in 1972 by brothers Karl and Pete Schuller. Our company specializes in the design and construction of commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. We have our own designers, estimators, and an on-staff architect, and partner with the best structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers. We have constructed over 12 million square feet of building space in the past 44 years, and have experience working with wood, pre-cast concrete, metal, block, brick, stone, E.I.F.S., stucco, or a combination of these materials.
