PLYOGA was founded in 2013 by Athlete and Award Winning Celebrity Trainer Stephanie Lauren. Stephanie Lauren has appeared on Sweat Inc with Jillian Michaels, BT Fit's International Fitness App, PLYOGA Workout Series, PLYOGA Express Workout Series, Stretch & Sip with Miller Lite, Athleta, and Townsquare Media, among many other credentials. Stephanie currently holds over 12 fitness industry certifications. She also proudly owns NCAA Division I Track & Field records at Towson University where she was a Sprinter, Hurdler, and Gymnast (2003-2007)
