I, at The Mindful Being, provide mental and spiritual healthcare services, to a demographic that ranges through every walk of life: children, teenagers, youth, adults, and the elderly. The Mindful Being engage in conducting individual, couple and family therapies, counselling for various problems faced in our daily life. Through practicing mindfulness, The Mindful Being help the clients to be in the present and accept the situations as they are, without being distressed and judgmental about them. Emotional wounds cannot be seen but they need to be addressed and healed.
