My name is Connie Power, and I have been in love with fitness and exercising my entire life. I hope to bring that love of fitness and exercising to you. Every workout routine is not for everyone. I customize each of my client's workouts according to their needs and goals. I train clients from all different levels of fitness, male and female. Some clients enjoy working out with specific competition goals in mind, while others may just want to lose weight. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to motivate, train and educate you in order for you to reach your goals.
