I am a nutrition + life coach, helping people just like you, to live their healthiest life ever.If I had to describe who I am, I'd say; authentic, resilient , inspired, passionate, sassy, energetic and strong. I am  on a mission to elevate people to their highest potential and show them what they are capable of.  I can be easily spotted due to my go to outfit;  lululemon leggings and sneakers. I have a deep love for Italian roast coffee, thin crust pizza, spoonful's of peanut butter, soft -serve vanilla ice cream, and yes, CrossFit. In fact, I am down with all things SWEATY.When I am not nutrition or life coaching with my clients, I can be found; in the gym working out, curled up on the sofa reading a book, hanging out with my friends, visiting my family, taking mini getaways, journaling….Simply put I spend time doing things that bring me happiness because I learned that we are not here for a long time, but a fun time.I live for helping people. More specifically helping those who are looking to make nutritional changes to their lives, or those who are looking to realign their lives through; personal growth, goal coaching, manifestation and more.  I believe in guiding, educating and empowering those who want to be living their life to their highest potential. I believe in teaching people how to properly fuel their bodies and mind, support them in feeling brave, empowered and resilient in all areas in their life. My strengths lie in my ability to connect with you, and see you as a unique being.
