We practice How, Power Flow, Yin & Slow Flow Yoga and have over 47 classes per week. We understand time is important and have designed our timetable to fit in with the busiest of schedules with Express 45 minute lunchtime and evening classes. Our beautifully designed space comprises of two large studios with the latest infrared heating and ventilation systems with premium amenities including showers, lockers, hair dryers and straighteners, shampoo condition, complimentary hand towels, mats and props.Our workouts are designed to be intensely physical programs that engage the body in functional movement patterns, to bring strength, flexibility, mobility & balance, within the mindfulness of yoga. Our 60 minute and 45 minute programs will be delivered in Hot, Power, Slow, Yin & Restore sequences bringing a complete mind body revolution from Intention to Motivation to Evolution. Expect to sweat and get strong...MOVE Slow & Yin (ambient 25 degrees)Focus on deep stretches, higher level of alignment, mindful movement & embodiment of intention through action. Basic postures to promote circulation (prana/energy) & move towards deeper, longer activation. Our Yin classes have a focus on deep release of tension in the body's fascia (connective tissue) & benefits include an increase in flexibility, range of movement & mobility.
