Once consumers found the home they wanted to buy, their agent made the formal offer directly on the Zeppidy platform by leveraging the integrated digital transaction management capabilities. The powerful yet simple workflow with integrated calendaring, enabled the agent easily coordinate all parties and created a cohesive experience through the inspection period and closing. Active integrations with national lenders and title companies into the platform significantly enhanced the consumer experience and agent efficiency.
