River SaaS Capital provides alternative venture financing to growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses in the U.S. Our goal is to help sticky, high margin, subscription-revenue-based companies reach their full potential by helping access fast, flexible financing.Typically River SaaS lends between $500K-$1.5M (usually around 4x MRR) to qualified new borrowers. We have a great deal of flexibility depending on the needs of the funding candidate and the state of their cashflow. Funds are most often initially structured as 24 or 36-month term loans with principal and interest paid monthly, but alternatives are available, such as payment in kind, interest only, and revenue sharing on post-investment earnings. We pride ourselves on our ability to grow with our portfolio companies over time, with the ability to lend up to $4M of either debt and/or equity to established borrowers.
