Since 1975, the Westchester Community Foundation has been connecting people with philanthropic interests to causes they care about. With careful planning, we help donors find flexible, efficient, and rewarding ways to accomplish their charitable giving. We work with lawyers and financial advisors to help their clients incorporate charity into financial and estate plans. We are a division of The New York Community Trust, a tax-exempt public charity that for 90 years has been a leader in the community foundation field. With our permanent funds WCF invests in solutions to community needs in Westchester. We distribute nearly $2 million each year in grants to local nonprofits who are taking fresh approaches to long-standing issues.
