The Institute was established in 1981 with the goal to foster "Science for Better Nutrition" to help enhance the quality of people's lives all over the world.The global leader in nutrition educationWe are one of the world's largest private publishers of nutritional information including the PubMed-listed Workshop Book series and Annales Nestlé.
