Fassiela is the natural extension of and will replace the Engineering Company opened by the owner in Cairo- Egypt in 2011 under the name "SATIEConsult" Sustainable and Advanced Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering Consultants but now based in Dubai as a focal center of business in the Middle East.
