We are a newly organized blank check company formed as a Delaware corporation for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, reorganization, share purchase or similar business combination with one or more businesses. While we intend to focus our search for businesses in the cannabis industry, we may pursue a business combination target in any business, industry or geographical location, including related industries such as consumer packaged goods, health & wellness, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and brand management.
