Just Engineering is a leading general Engineering company; servicing the marine, mining, and structural industries. Our well-equipped workshop, dedicated personnel, and management team with more than 100 years of combined experience are considered to be our greatest assets. Our specialized projects expertise, very competitive pricing, sound turn-around times, quality, and strong support infrastructure have gained Just Engineering the reputation it has today. Our facility situated in Killarney Gardens consists of 1000m² indoor floor space which is serviced by a 3 ton overhead crane, and 1500 m² of outdoor space serviced by a 10ton gantry crane with 9 meters under hook, which assists in trail assembly of smaller plants and modular assemblies.Our workshop has a CNC plasma machine capable of cutting up to 40 mm thick steel and flame cut steel up to 200mm thick. With 2 sheet metal rollers and a guillotine, we're able to cut and roll 16 mm thick over 3000mm. Our facility also boasts a brake press bending machine for all sheet metal-related fabrication.Our drawing office makes use of the latest AutoCAD and Inventor packages, to assist in plate nesting, layouts of chutes, machine shop, and structural drawings.We are capable to process +/- 80 tons of steel per month. We have welding procedures for stainless steel and mild steel, including wear and Lloyds' plate. All this is complemented with a permanent workforce of 50 staff members. We also have access to a broad base pool of skilled artisans to cater to intensive/ extensive contracts.Office personnel are experienced to handle all aspects of Engineering, from the initial stages of planning through to project completion.Manufacturing and quality control are conducted in-house and meet the strict ISO 9001/2000, International standards, and client specifications.We have recently extended our footprint by opening a branch in Randvaal and the Cape Harbor with floor space of 1500m² and 300m² respectively.
