Since our inception, the concept of TTB Health grew from the dearth of services available that promote an integration of support in the five primary health areas, public, spiritual, mental, physical and financial.When the concept was first conceived in 2007, Dr. Tavari Brown focused on public health and mental health. Reverend Terrence Brown, with his experience with coaching, financial counseling, and spiritual guidance added two additional components. The Browns began jointly working on the physical components through their work with Balanced Fit Life Training Studio (BFL). By empowering individuals with knowledge, providing technical assistance to public health organizations and non-profits, leading counselor supervision, and providing individual, group, and couples counseling sessions; TTB Health can assist your needs from the individual to the collective. At TTB Health, achieving your optimal wellness is our goal. We will open your horizons to what wellness means. We will help clarify your definition of wellness and its direct impact on the five areas of your life. We will look at all components of your life that affect your wellness.
