We use process, information, systems and technology frameworks either to startups (green field approach) or to customers which have their own business, process and systems models (brown field approach). All these models and frameworks have already tested and approved properly generating improvements in the results, removing redundancies and activities that do not aggregate value, using "lean operation" concept, reducing project risks, implementation and operation costs and the acquisition cycles. A recurrent theme is the Digital Transformation, however large part of implementation projects do not dispose of reference models to design, implement and operate the solution. AUTOMATUM uses models and practices of digital service and product architecture models, addressing both business and support (infrastructure) services as well as integration solutions based on open APIs that reduce time and risks of implementation projects and operation simplicity, reflecting in CAPEX and OPEX reductions.
