CTandM, located on the historic square of Gallatin, is not your ordinary retirement program! We offer an alternative to the upkeep of personal property and to the fees of traditional retirement living. What does CTandM offer seniors? For example, our campus hosts a full-service beauty shop with a licensed cosmetologist. This convenience is a great addition to our amenities and a great place for socialization.Seniors who qualify can enjoy apartment-style living with all the sociability and amenities included. Each resident's rent is based on their income and includes all utilities, maintenance, and trash removal. If you calculate 30% of your gross monthly income, you will have a close estimate of what you would pay each month.Aging is overwhelming for a great number of people. Within our social work program, our Service Coordinator is able to educate and serve our residents in the areas of insurance, government programs, transition planning, resident relationships, long-term planning, referrals, and more!These supportive services are at no additional charge to our residents and their families. Additionally, We can be spotted everywhere in our shuttle bus. We routinely make trips to our local grocers, pharmacies, and hot-spots in town. This program also offers a variety of adventures. We love to try different restaurants, tour museums, and sight-see.
