The South Central Mobile Crisis Team is a community based mental health service aimed at providing support for those experiencing a mental health crisis in the community. The mobile crisis team is apart of the South Central Community Based Initiative for southern Minnesota. The Mobile Crisis Team is available to all individuals living in the counties of: Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Freeborn, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Rice, Sibley and Watonwan. The mobile team provides crisis services 24 hours a day 7 days a week to individuals in these counties. The mobile team can provide assessment, intervention and support to individuals of all ages in a variety of community settings.
