The Concerned Citizens Melanic Caucus, formerly the ChesterCounty Minority Caucus was developed and organized for the purpose of active dialogue, advocacy and participation for the provision of education, services and resources along with the facilitation of promoting the protection of rights and fullfillment of needs within the minority community. The C.C.M.C. actively addresses the issues, concerns and needs of the minority community while identifying, promoting and facilitating resources, events and activities which enhance the quality of life, morale and welfare of the minority community. The C.C.M.C. seeks endorsement and cooperative participation of organizations, programs and entities encompassed in the social, educational and political enviornments.
