Traffic Engineering Data Solutions, Inc. (TEDS) was founded in 2007 on the principle of "Doing The Right Thing". TEDS is a licensed professional engineering firm specializing in transportation engineering and transportation planning. The services provided by TEDS are directed by experienced and well respected professional staff familiar with the transportation engineering industry. TEDS believes to be successful, we must demonstrate strong leadership with a commitment to out clients. This commitment starts with the President and Chief Engineer of the company. TEDS is prequalified in various work groups with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), specifically: Minor Highway Design, Traffic Engineering Studies, Traffic Signal Timing, ITS Analysis & Design, ITS implementation, ITS Communications, Signing, Pavement Marking & Channelization, Lighting Signalization, Construction Engineering & Inspection, Subarea Corridor Planning, Land Planning / Engineering, and Transportation Statistics. Professional experience of TEDS staff includes transportation engineering and management with FDOT along with development and management of an engineering company in the private sector. TEDS transportation engineering experience includes expertise in access management, traffic operational studies, traffic engineering design, minor roadway design, site plan design, special events coordination and intelligent transportation system development and operations. TEDS staff have personally completed and /or coordinated numerous projects with local, state and federal government agencies along with major private developments within the Central Florida area. TEDS is certified by FDOT as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). As part of this program, TEDS is committed to assisting FDOT and all government agencies in meeting DBE goals along with providing quality engineering services.
