HR Forte is a cloud-based HR Payroll systems which is created to cater for service providers to provide payroll services & managing their consultants.It is also suitable for stand-alone companies and especially beneficial, add value for companies looking for a single cloud platform with presence in different Asian regions (Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia) that come with different languages and with frequent changes in the laws and regulations, making managerial control challenging without automation.It was founded by Ms Betty Gervasini (Lim) and co-founded by Mr Ng Teng Yong back in 2015.Ms Betty was running her professional corporate service firm in Vietnam in 2007 for 13 years.There was no competent software in the Vietnam market to support service provider running professional corporate service firm navigating complicated payroll scenarios and the extensive manual workload of Vietnam statutory reporting, that leads her to have founded HR Forte Systems together with Mr Ng as the co-founder taking care of the coding, programming and technology platform.It is where HR Forte's story begins…
