We are an extension to your primary care provider, Home-health Service or Nursing Home. We will customize your membership to compliment the service already being provided by your PCP. We strive to provide convenient, high quality medical support and after-hours primary-care, 365 days a year. We will work with all Clients whether or not you have health insurance. Membership is available to all persons regardless of your age, sex or country of origin.We are NOT a Health insurance plan and do not provide Health insurance. Should you be eligible to buy health insurance, your membership includes helping you to navigate the U.S health insurance landscape so you can purchase one that fits your needs.
