In January 1999, the California Mortgage Association was created through a merger of the Mortgage Association of California (MAC) and the California Trust Deed Brokers Association (CTDBA). Since inception, our mission has been the ongoing education of California-licensed private money lenders as well as the preservation of our industry through legislative review and advocacy.
