Kishauwau Cabins sits 7 miles south of Starved Rock & Matthiessen State Parks. We offer luxury vacation rental cabins for the weekend, weeknight, and all-week getaways. We are family built and have been operated by the same family for over 30 years. Our beautifully constructed cabins offer a blend of country charm equipped with modern conveniences.Kishauwau's property is host to 17 cabins of varying sizes. Spacious and well equipped, these Illinois cabins are spread throughout 65 acres of beautifully wooded landscape on a bluff above the Vermilion River. With such an array in cabin sizes we cater to many types of getaways. So whether you're putting together a family reunion, a family vacation or a romantic getaway for two, Kishauwau Cabins has something to accommodate you. 4 of our cabins are specific to our dog only customers as well.Each of our cabin rentals offer central air and are furnace heated. They also have either a wood stove or gas fireplace for winter months which really make for a cozy winter getaway.
