The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization, maintaining 501(c)6 status, formed by community leaders over 60 years ago to represent the interests of businesses in North Augusta and the surrounding CSRA. It is led by a volunteer Board of Directors and is supported by volunteers from area businesses that serve on councils to steer the Chamber's focus. The day to day operations are managed by a small staff with the help of a host of volunteers. The primary focus of the Greater North Augusta Chamber of Commerce is to enhance a strong a prosperous economic climate by supporting positive community development. The Chamber is working to create conditions that will directly enhance a strong consumer environment. The organization provides a credible forum to offer members a voice in local, state and federal government to improve the quality of life for the greater community.
