West Coast Fitness has been the go-to gym in North Portland since 1994. We love helping our community get (and stay) healthy, enjoy life, and meet friends. We are locally owned and operated - Jay and Terri live n the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland. Over the years, we have continued to evolve and bring new experiences to our members. We are always wanting to keep things unique and fresh. Our Outdoor Training Yard is just one of those experiences. In the Outdoor Yard, you can lift weights, get on an elliptical, tackle the obstacle course, flip some tires, and more. It is truly a fitness playground! We have also added hot yoga, barre, and Pilates to our services in a wonderful hot studio that is just across the street from the main gym.We strive to have a very welcoming and inclusive environment where all people feel comfortable, and can work towards their fitness goals.
