Accelevation, a private holding company dedicated to the acquisition, investment in and growth of small to mid-size light manufacturing companies in Southwest Ohio. Our mission is to build businesses and work cultures that positively impact employees, their families, our community and our customers. We recognize that the bottom line matters…but just as important is creating environments where everyone that enters feels empowered to do what they do best. Accelevation was born out of the belief that there has to be a better way. After having worked for some of the largest public and private equity backed companies in the world, it became apparent that there is a real need to create an environment that benefits those who make the organization work - at all levels. Too often, those benefits are taken elsewhere. As we continue to grow, our commitment lies in creating value that stays local and benefits the communities that created it.
