The business was started by our CEO and Founder, Stafford Carrington, who at the age of 21 created the first division of the Impact Business Group empire (IBG). With limited resources, no help and no funding the story began with a faithful copy of the Yellow Pages and a telephone. Since these humble beginnings IBG has gone on to become one of the UKs leading privately owned business groups and is recognised as one of our most diverse business consortiums. This amazing company has been built on organic growth which is almost unheard of in today's credit fuelled economy.Stafford's vision for our businesses, which all operate in their own unique markets, is born out of a belief that we can always do something better than our competitors. Our businesses are focussed on providing our customers and clients with a much improved product or service and at a more completive price than they are accustomed to.
