Initially a call centeroffering inbound and outbound customer support for New York Teleconference, Inc.(NYTelecon), a facilities-based, FCC 214 licensed long distance service provider in NewYork City, USA. In 2007, we expanded our business to include content editing, graphicediting and data entry in the services we offer. In 2015 following the clamor of ourclients, we started offering medical coding. All our coders are AAPC certified and ICD-10proficient. Our mission is to enable our customers to outperform competitors with ourcommitment to service excellence. In the process, we create value and opportunities forour customers, employees, shareholders and communities.Through the years, Rentatel has developed standards and metrics in monitoring theoutput of all our employees. Our software engineers programmed a customizedcustomer relationship management (CRM) software that allows us to monitor their dailyoutput per day, month and year allowing us to properly compensate and motivate ouragents. We are able to customize the CRM software based on each client's needs.We have specialized in the events marketing campaign wherein we call visitors ofcertain exhibitors in the shows in Hong Kong, China and Dubai reminding them to visitthese exhibitors located in certain booth numbers. We also do inbound customer supportfor a telephone company in the U.S. and telemarketing for home improvement, mortgagecompanies, and credit card companies in the U.S. From a modest size and mix, ourclient base has grown considerably through the years, attaining its present level in arelatively short time.Our membership in the Business Process Outsourcing Association of the Philippines(BPAP) has allowed us to benchmark and make our performance at par with the otherplayers in the industry.
