Core Arts Center offers classical Pilates and GYROTONIC® training. Our principal instructor apprenticed with the late master instructor Romana Krysanowska, through the New York Pilates Guild. Additionally, she acquired a second teacher certification through Power Pilates. Core Arts Pilates is the home of BodyStratgies for Dancers, a hands-on, dance conditioning system developed by Core Arts. The system enforces tested dance conditioning techniques, along with the latest innovations in dance medicine practices aimed at the optimization of a dancer's athleticism, plus the principles and techniques of classical Pilates. All of this is used to enhance and unlock each dancer's full potential.
