The Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality (TGCAHQ) was organized in 1977 to promote educational activities for quality professionals in the southeast portion of Texas. The Association also has close ties to the Texas Association for Healthcare Quality and National Association for Healthcare Quality. The mission of TGCAHQ is to provide education and networking opportunities to enhance healthcare professionals' capacity to improve quality in healthcare services.
