Future Labs was co-founded by Adam Flanagan, Alexandre ‘Millinsky' Daillance and Harry Beard with the aim of helping businesses better understand Generation Z and subsequently help organisations connect with the generation.Future Labs run a youth movement called ‘Prospect 100'. Prospect 100 is a series of 7 events that identifies the leading youth talents across Britain and Ireland for 7 different verticals: tech, design, music, engineering, entrepreneurship, visual communication, and activism.
