Adversity can affect anyone: a child with medical needs, a relationship breakdown, mental health issues, domestic abuse, a debilitating illness; all unforeseen events that can turn lives upside down. Established over 100 years ago, we are the only charity in the UK and Ireland solely supporting past and present employees in the industry, no matter what role they have had. We award over £1.7 million annually and this figure is increasing year-on-year. We support hundreds of insurance employees and their families in times of need, transforming lives for the better and providing an essential lifeline for as long as is required. The Charity can help you with one-off payments to help finance essential items such as household repairs, school uniforms, and mobility aids, and can also provide on-going financial help (including charitable loans) where income is restricted or insufficient.Working with charitable partners we provide specialist and dedicated help to our beneficiaries. Current partnerships with Alzheimer's Society and Shelter, provide support for those living with dementia and help with housing-related issues.We want to ensure no insurance employee in need of help misses out.
