The Da Vinci Institute, is a registered Private Higher Education School of Business Leadership (registration no. 2004/ HE07/003), offering various CHE accredited programmes (including learnerships) from higher certificate to doctoral level (NQF 5-10). The Institute's purpose is to grow agile, aligned and engaged leaders and our dream is to influence the co creation of sustainable societies. Da Vinci students acquire their qualifications through a strong knowledge base and applying the critical constructs of situated learning (creating meaning from the real activities of daily life), problem probing and decision making. This is done by integrating a unique business leadership framework (TIPS™) into the curriculum. Through its agility, the framework enables The Institute to meet its client's and students ever changing organisational performance needs. Our academic practice is not only underpinned by relevant theoretical constructs but has been tested against best practice via the business innovation awards programme that we have run since 1994 - tt100. It is in this context that the Da Vinci Institute provides a learning journey for business leaders and innovative entrepreneurs.
