Founded by Lance Gibbons in July 2005, The Event has grown to become the most read trade publication for the South African events industry, covering meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, weddings, and all other types of events.Print distributionThe Event is distributed nationally to an average of 8 500 events industry role players each month, including advertising agencies, clients, production companies, suppliers, industry associations, related government departments and key media.
