T.H. Group is established in the financial consultancy service of BAC A Joint Stock Bank ( North Asia Joint Stock Bank ) which was established in 1994 in Nghe An, Vietnam. Beside the business in financial services, Bac A Bank has invested in different business such as Mining exploration Tourism, Cement, Forestry, Hydraulics…..and especially with high level investment in Milk industry. 24th February 2009 , TH Milk Joint Stock Company was officially established; 14th May 2010 – the most advanced technology and largest scale Milk Plant in South East Asia of TH Milk was inaugurated The total master investment plan for the Project will be accomplished by 2020. The T.H. Milk Plant is built on the total area of 22 Ha in Nghe An Viet Nam – the main product will be Fresh Milk 100% with farming technology from Israel, with computerized management to ensure the most hygienic top quality product and with processing equipment & technology from Europe. The capacity is planned at 500 ton/ day in 2012 and 500 million litre / year by 2017. The target by 2012 - TH will supply 50% of total capacity of fresh milk of Vietnam. Beside the key project in Milk, TH are developing projects and investment in supplying and processing the clean hygienic high quality food include of vegetable (organic) , fruits, fishery and poultry products…. with the model from farming to the end- consumers.
