The business has experienced a good, steady growth each financial year making it today one of the largest Construction Companies in the region. The Company has approximately 45 employees and actively promotes training and advancement of existing staff. Over the past several years as projects have increased in size and budget, the company has employed experienced Project Managers and Estimators that provide proven experience in estimating and managing projects for both private development and Government Agencies. Several carpenters have been trained up in the Company to fill the role of Site Supervisor and with further training and experience will progress to Site Manager positions.DPC has a reputation for delivering quality projects on time and on budget.
