AIA Information Technology Co., Ltd. (AIAIT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA. Our mission is to provide top-quality and cost-effective products and professional services to the AIA companies for them to make substantial and lasting improvements in their performance.Currently we have three offices in China. Guangzhou office was established in October of 1994, Beijing office in September of 2000 and Shanghai branch in August of 2006. We have more than 300 IT staff and 110 BPO staff providing supports to AIA companies in 11 locations - Australia, New Zealand, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.Aligning to the AIA business and IT strategies, we endeavor to broaden service domains to provide better and more service to our clients. Nowadays our service mainly focus on:1) Development and maintenance support for insurance applications and office automation;2) Business processing outsourcing (BPO);3) Infrastructure support including data center service;4) Products and tools development.The ISO 9001 and CMMI Level III certifications support our professionals to deliver top quality solutions and service to best meet our customer's needs.
