Specific area of work of the organisation (in not more than 200 words): Alliance to Promote Abilities & Rehabilitation LLP (ATPAR) is a Social Enterprise, works with Persons with Disabilities (PwD) their families and marginalised groups either directly or with organizations/institutions who work with them to build their abilities for their Economic Empowerment, Social Inclusion and Rehabilitation through Training, Skill development and Mentoring on Entrepreneurship and Self Employment initiatives. ATPAR supports those PwD specially "Left Behind" from job market and those who choose entrepreneurial initiatives by -*Promoting Self-Employment / Entrepreneurship as a credible alternate livelihood opportunity for PwD / their family members / Community through Awareness / Sensitization trainings *Strengthening entrepreneurial skills through MSME certified training on "Entrepreneurship Development Program both offline/Online course to entrepreneurs with disabilities through NSIC, MSME/ NIESBUD*Providing structured Mentorship with experts & providing Individual & Group Business Counselling to enable them to Start, Sustain and Scale their enterprises*Enrolling Entrepreneurs with Disabilities & Start-Ups to Membership of first ever Network of Entrepreneurs with Disabilities for Assistance and Rehabilitation called ‘NEDAR' launched by ATPAR in June 2019 –in India.*Working with key stakeholders in the Eco System to empower NEDAR members to conduct and grow their business through connect to Mentors, Incubation Centers, Accelerator Programs, new and similar business opportunities and linkages to Market and Finance * Consultancy for Capacity Development & Knowledge Partner to NGO & Corporate•Be Knowledge Partner to Industry for Promoting Enterprises & Entrepreneurial Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities•Link Entrepreneurs with Disabilities with Industries for job work/outsourcing * Market Linkages for business of Entrepreneurs with Disabilities
