SFU Food & Friends was founded by Tyson Svensson, Thoai (Mark) Khuu, Maheen Khan, Isha Jain. It was a project that delivered more than 300 pounds of food during the flooding of BC in Fall 2021. We had organized a donation drive on the SFU Surrey Campus lasting the entire Fall term, as well as hosted a Social to educate the students at SFU about the lack of Food Security in the local communities of SFU.
