The #March Against Revenge Porn is an internationally-acclaimed cyber civil rights organization dedicated to combatting the unlawful practice of revenge porn and image abuse through federal lobbying, cyber-sex education, media advocacy, victim support services & a series of nationwide protest marches. MARP is the first organization of it's kind - founded by a young, queer victim for marginalized victims everywhere. On April 1, 2017, we marched across the Brooklyn Bridge to start the movement to end revenge porn worldwide. 6 months later, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio passed city-wide revenge porn legislation. We know that our protest efforts have led to direct legislative change. The #March Against Revenge Porn is believes in intersectionality and focuses on intersects of revenge porn and LGBTQ discrimination, mental health, sexual violence and human trafficking. Our mission is to amplify and mobilize victims and lawmakers to combat this public health crisis that affects over 10 million internet users in the United States. We work hard to change the narrative around cyber sex crimes & will not stop until revenge porn is criminalized nationwide.
