Chartier Redevelopment Group, LLC (CRDG) is a real estate development, consulting, and management firm with an expertise in green and energy efficient buildings. Chartier Sustainability Group, LLC provides engineering consulting, design, and project management services, specializing in a whole building approach. When troubleshooting building operational issues, our focus relies not only on proven experience and design strategies, but includes real testing with equipment such as blower door (for air leakage), combustion analyzers, air quality devices and infrared cameras, among others.
