I run a unique consulting practice that provides expert in-house legal services, direction and planning to companies that have not yet committed the resources to a full time legal department, but that need help as they prepare for an ultimate Initial Public Offering. I have significant expertise in establishing and running public company legal departments. I handle complex contract negotiations. I also have special relationships with several large law firms that provide free support (associate time, research, forms, etc.) in exchange for introductions and assistance in building client relationships.
