Appointed from 20+ diverse neighborhoods, SPARK advises the Mayor, and his administration, on city policies and programs affecting Boston's millennials. Through brainstorming and discussion, they work together to generate ideas for increased millennial awareness and engagement and serve as the Mayor's ambassadors to the rest of Boston's expansive millennial population.
