The Harvey Homes Group provides bespoke homes for discerning purchasers across South Manchester and the North West.The business was founded by Nicholas Harvey Ratcliffe, a Chartered Surveyor who for many years led Sainsbury's multi-billion pound store development programme in the North West and Northern England & Wales, and his son Thomas Harvey Ratcliffe who is a Director and equal shareholder.Working alongside them is former Hillcrest Homes Managing Director, Michael Kennedy. Michael was at Hillcrest for 17 years and steered the brand from relative obscurity to being recognised as a leading provider of original luxury residences, winning awards including Best Residential Development, Best One-Off Home in the Country and Best Luxury Property in the process. Prior to that, Michael was Director of Land and New Homes at Countrywide and a non-executive Director of Equity Housing for six years.Our passion for high quality design and residential development is second to none. Collectively, we have over a century of property experience in acquisition, development, investment, funding, management and construction. The whole Harvey Homes team is committed to developing sustainable residential properties to the highest specifications.
