Since listing it has increased the value of its properties to over R4,3b (+250%) and currently owns more than 170 residential properties consisting of over 10 000 residential units and almost 18 000m2 retail area, spread mainly across Gauteng, but with representation in Mpumalanga, Kwazulu Natal and the Free State.
