Grass to Milk Company is an exciting and disruptive new entrant in the Irish Dairy Industry; developing value-add products from our unique A2-protein, grass-fed milk source.We are passionate about the untapped potential of value-add dairy in Ireland. We believe that increasing consumer awareness of A2 beta casein or A2 protein in milk and its positive effect on health and wellbeing will drive consumption of A2 protein milk and value-add products.We recognize the potential to develop an A2 protein grass-fed milk supply in the South East of Ireland. We are working to create a sustainable supply chain, utilizing grass-fed dairy's low carbon emissions potential.Our ambition is to create a vertically integrated value-add dairy business utilizing our unique milk source.
