Welcome to Transformations Therapy of Atlanta where our mission is to provide you with the most comprehensive and confidential counseling treatment in the office or via video sessions. We understand that life brings about many changes and transitions and are here to support and guide you through some of those difficult times. Transformations Therapy specializes in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, Bipolar, substance abuse, and other related disorders through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. We also utilize holistic approaches where appropriate and often incorporate mindfulness-based techniques. We work with young adults that may be dealing with academic, social and other stressors that could impact their self-esteem and ability to perform at their highest level. We have experience helping individuals struggling with self-harm and other self-destructive behaviors. We have a team of professional therapists that have a variety of training and experience in working with anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse, young adult issues, women's issues, and trauma. Our therapists also have experience in helping couples navigate communication issues and learn conflict resolutions skills. We have experience working with individuals pre and post marriage and pre and post-divorce. ​We work hard with you​ to help you to achieve your treatment goals.
