It also owns and operates popular arcade bars—Cidercade Dallas, Cidercade Austin, Cidercade Houston and Cidercade Fort Worth.Owners, Joel and Laura Malone, started making cider out of their home in the summer of 2012. As they observed the landscape of commercially available cider in Texas, they came to the conclusion that no one was meeting the level of quality and taste they knew Texas deserved. So, they took action and Bishop Cider was born.Fast forward to 2021 and Bishop Cider is now sold across Texas and Oklahoma, with plans to launch distribution in a multitude of new states in 2021.
