Neuro Wellness Spa is a center where people can find safe, innovative and FDA-approved methods to dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. We help our clients find relief through Psychiatry, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), IV Ketamine, Photobiomodulation (PBM) and nutrition treatments. We are proud to be the first private TMS center in all of Southern California. We use the latest technologies and protocols to provide lasting relief over the course of the healing process. Our treatment centers are designed to be warm, welcoming places that offer exceptional care and promote remission from the symptoms of depression. Neuro Wellness Spa is pleased to have locations in Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and Palm Desert. To make our TMS services more readily available to our patients, we are in-network with Magellan, Blue Cross, Beacon Health Options, Aetna, Optum, MHN and Cigna. Founder and Medical Director Dr. Martha Koo M.D., is a pioneer in the development and application of TMS and opened the Neuro Wellness Spa (formerly South Bay TMS) in 2009. She is certified in the application of Neurostar rTMS, Brainsway Deep TMS and MagVenture rTMS Therapy. Dr. Koo is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. She is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association, the New Center for Psychoanalysis, the Clinical TMS Society, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the California Psychiatric Society and the Southern California Psychiatric Society. She is passionate about using transcranial magnetic stimulation to help her patients!
